My stay at the hotel was filled with ups and downs. The fun activities for families, including a fantastic magician, were highlights, but I faced significant issues with the service and communication regarding my transport. The food was commendable, unlike the inconsistent pool cleanliness. Overall, I had a mix of enjoyable experiences and a few frustrating moments.

Our stay at Nagoa Grande Resort was absolutely delightful! The swimming pool was massive and perfect for relaxing, while the staff was incredibly supportive and attentive to our needs. The quality of food was impressive, although I would have loved a wider variety. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with great value for money, and we can't wait to return next year.

My stay was nothing short of fantastic! The rooms were spacious and offered stunning views, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel impressed me. The restaurant provided excellent dining, especially the starters, which were well-cooked and delicious. However, it would have been great if the Wi-Fi was complimentary, as I had to pay extra for it.
